The Easy-Print is ideally suited to be placed in line in a production line. It can print repetitive texts, logos, barcodes, serial numbers for marking and coding, etc. on top or bottom of objects with porous as well as non porous surfaces. Standard speed of the Easy-Print is max. 40m/min. Yet a customised version can be built to print up to max. 200m/min.

This machine is designed to be directly built in and to print immediately the product in the production line in continuous or discontinuous printing mode:
Continuous printing:
By friction between the drive rings of the print cylinder and the object to be printed
By making a transmission through the output shaft of the print cylinder with an existing installation
Driven with servomotor + tachometer measuring the variable speed of the product. The motor follows the speed of the tachometer, connected on the servodrive.
Discontinuous printing:
Driven with servomotor + tachometer measuring the variable speed of the product.
By making a transmission through the output shaft of the print cylinder with an existing installation
With those two versions, the print cylinder is driven to print through an electromagnetic coupling, upon receipt of an external signal. When disengaging the print cylinder the ink cylinder keeps on turning, so that there is no drying of the ink on the screened cylinder.
